You can now try your first class for FREE on any Thursday, or alternatively, you can try your first class on any Tuesday in August and September for just £5 - there's no need to book for regular classes and both offers include FREE lifetime membership to Ceroc's 220 venue National network and equates to a saving over the usual class night fees of £7 and membership fee of £3, to £10 on your first Thursday or £5 on your first Tuesday. Groove The Blues Workshop for Ceroc Fever - The Hilt, Chandlers Ford
Sunday 12th September
This workshop is for Intermediate Blues dancers and concentrates on musicality using synchronicity of movement, quick fix stops, double timing techniques and flourishes to help you adapt to musical changes and give you more confidence and style when dancing to slower music.

Groove The Blues Part 1 - The Basics

Saturday 25th September - 1pm - 4.30pm (before the evening Utopia Twisted freestyle)
Groove The Blues 1 is for complete beginners in Blues who are looking to enhance their slower dancing with Blues based techniques. The workshop concentrates on the basic elements of frame, connection and most importantly, synchronicity of movement. These elements are taught using a series of close hold moves and show how these can be opened out into simple figures and how the dynamics of open and close hold moves can be connected into a seamless transition of movement.

Smooth Tuesdays
After listening to a lot of feedback from our dancers we have decided to change Tuesday night classes so that they will be less specific each week and instead to concentrate on creating smooth jive routines. These classes were far and away the most popular classes we ran and had the most in the way of positive feedback. The routines will be varied from week to week but will still encompass elements of momentum, light & shade, footwork, leans, drops and poses so that they are still challenging and rewarding to learn. Our classes will concentrate on creating smooth, fluid routines that will flow into dynamic sequences - this will be achieved by constructing transitions and seamless links between moves thereby creating an elegant and impressive sequence that essentially looks like one fluid move. We will still however, occasionally invite outside teachers to teach some Latin classes and other specialist classes, and will also continue to run a Blues specific Intermediate class on the 1st Tuesday every month.
1st Tuesday every month - Blues
Learn the up close and personal dance of Blues seen danced on so many dance weekenders in the Blues and Chill Out Zones. These classes will help you to develop frame and connection which will dramatically improve your lead and follow techniques across all of your dancing. Blues lessons will usually take place on the 1st Tuesday every month but if this ever varied you will be able to find details of this in the News section of this website.
Please note that our SmoothTuesday and Blues night classes may run until 9.45pm to ensure that all of the additional content is covered.
